By accessing or using the Trip2Africa website or booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms are intended to clarify the expectations, responsibilities, and limitations of both parties β€” you (the client) and us (Trip2Africa, operated by Aerospace Holidays Pvt Ltd).

1. Role of Trip2Africa

Trip2Africa serves as a travel planning and service facilitation platform. We curate personalized itineraries and handle bookings through verified and independent service providers such as hotels, tour operators, transport agencies, and local guides.

While we ensure reliable coordination, the actual service delivery may involve third-party providers. We take full responsibility for organizing these services but not for their direct execution.

2. Legal & Travel Compliance

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all legal, visa, immigration, and foreign exchange regulations of the destination country.

In the event of non-compliance, unsafe behavior, or disruption during the tour, Trip2Africa reserves the right to cancel or withdraw services without any obligation for refund. Additional expenses arising from such incidents must be borne by the client.

3. Website Changes, Pricing & Modifications

Trip2Africa (Aerospace Holidays Pvt Ltd) reserves the right to modify any content, pricing, or service terms listed on the website without prior notice.

If a confirmed booking is affected by such a change, clients will be informed and given the option to accept or decline the update. If declined, and the change materially affects your trip, a full refund will be provided per our cancellation policy.

Please note: Price increases due to government levies, taxes, fuel charges, or conservation fees after booking will be charged to the client.

5. Documentation Responsibility

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure possession of valid documents such as:

  • Passport (minimum 6 months validity with 2 blank pages)
  • Visas
  • Vaccination records or health certificates

Incorrect or missing documents may lead to denied boarding or entry, for which Trip2Africa cannot be held liable. Document assistance can be provided upon written request, but the responsibility for accuracy remains with the client.

6. Force Majeure

Trip2Africa is not liable for cancellations, delays, or service failures due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Political unrest
  • Pandemics
  • Terrorism
  • Government restrictions
  • Industrial disputes
    In such situations, refunds or compensation will not be issued.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited strictly to services booked directly via Trip2Africa. We are not responsible for:

  • Failures or negligence by third-party service providers
  • Delays, accidents, illness, or loss of personal property during the trip
  • Cancellations due to client health, flight delays, or personal emergencies
    Clients are strongly encouraged to purchase comprehensive travel insurance before departure.

8. Complaints & Legal Jurisdiction

If any issue arises during the trip, the client must contact Trip2Africa or our local partners immediately for resolution.

All complaints must be submitted in writing within 28 days of the trip’s completion. Delayed claims may not be considered valid. Legal disputes, if any, will be subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi, India, where Aerospace Holidays Pvt Ltd is registered.

9. Use of Photography & Media

By booking a tour through Trip2Africa, clients agree that photographs or video footage taken during the trip may be used by the company for marketing purposes, including brochures, website galleries, and social media platforms.

If you prefer to opt out, please inform us in writing before the tour begins.

10. Services Included

Trip2Africa packages may include:

  • Accommodation
  • Airport and ground transfers
  • Guided activities
  • Park or monument entry fees
  • Meals as specified
    Services arranged independently by the client fall outside our responsibility. Additionally, delays or issues caused by partner vendors will be addressed but are not our legal liability.

11. Final Remarks

Trip2Africa, operated by Aerospace Holidays Pvt Ltd, strives to offer seamless, memorable travel experiences. However, travel involves inherent risks, and clients are advised to review all inclusions, exclusions, and documentation prior to departure.
